Beautifully maintained grounds enhance the experience.

The shower head was annoyingly low for anyone over 6 feet tall. The vanity provided virtually no counter space, which compounded the inconvenience. These minor annoyances detracted from what could have been a perfect stay.

We really enjoyed the queen room which was beautiful. The staff was excellent and fairly friendly at this place. It was in a beautiful and particularly good location minutes from wineries and restaurants. Btw, we relaxed by the lake, it was 40 mins walk from the hotel.

Lots of goodies for breakfast. Amazing and charming location, close to the Lake Erie attractions. Friendly services too.

The warm welcome and really good breakfast stood out. Walking through the beautiful gardens was a highlight. I found the low shower head somewhat inconvenient. A lovely experience that I would happily repeat!

The Beautiful King Room was fantastic! Super spacious and the bed was comfortable. Everything felt clean and well cared for. The decor gave a lovely charm. There were some snacks in the mini-bar, but the options were a bit limited. No complaints otherwise!

The grounds were beautiful, and we loved the cozy vibe. The bed in our beautiful queen room was huge and super comfortable. The staff was so cute, even packing us breakfast for our early departure. I just wish we could have stayed longer.

The hotel is cute, with fine outdoor gardens and cozy sitting areas that provide easy access for seniors. Every room is tastefully decorated.

A few more accessible seating options would be nice.

There were a few maintenance quirks, like the shower door in the room that needed adjustment and blinds that didn't function correctly. The microwave in the game room sits on an unstable file cabinet, and the bed creaked quite a bit, slightly diminishing the otherwise lovely experience. I found the bathroom could use a small stand for toiletries since counter space was nonexistent.

I had the most good stay! The sunroom where we enjoyed breakfast was a serene spot overlooking a gently flowing stream. The warm hospitality of the owners, Dan and Heidi, made us feel like we were part of their family🌿

The stay was refreshing, especially as we were there for a volleyball tournament. The breakfast packed for us was a highlight, allowing us to grab something delicious quickly. We felt very well taken care of by the owner and staff, and the cleanliness of the place. I only wish we had more time to enjoy the beautiful grounds, which looked inviting for a relaxing stroll.

The hotel is fine with magnificent gardens, a calming stream, and cozy sitting areas. Had a wonderful stroll and explored the wildlife on the grounds.

The Farrell House Lodge At Sunnybrook Trout Club offered an really good stay with beautifully decorated rooms and a amazing breakfast. I particularly enjoyed the freshly prepared omelet and the warm hospitality from the staff. The tranquil gardens provided a perfect atmosphere for relaxation during my business trip.

Just a smart choice for a couple of nights in Sandusky with excellent value. The breakfast was delicious, especially the freshly made omelet. Make sure to enjoy the beautiful outdoor spaces while you're there.

Great place with a spacious layout, really nice staff, and delicious food 🍴. It's conveniently close to popular attractions which made it super easy to get around.
